We've all been in the office on a Friday when the 3PM slump hits and nobody feels like they're capable of accomplishing anything else. Then you look over and see that one co-worker, nose buried in their paperwork as they find themself poised on the verge of a breakthrough. More than anything else, that's how I define myself. I'm the employee who never loses focus and doesn't sign off until the job is done. My time at UMW gave me the skills I need to succeed, but the energy and drive is 100% me.
